船舶柴油机连杆大端轴瓦镀层剥落研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用金相显微镜和冷场发射扫描电镜对轴瓦损坏部位进行磨损形貌观察分析 ,对连杆大端轴承进行系统的轴心轨迹、油膜压力计算 ,重点分析运行过程中轴承各部位滑油压力分布及其在 0~ 72 0°曲轴转角范围内滑油压力的变化 。 By observing the damaged surface of a big end bearing of the connecting rod of a marine diesel engine with a metallographic microscope and a scanning transmission electron microscope(STEM)and through analysis of the observed wear appearance,calculation of both bearing center's track and oil film pressure of the bearing is carried out with emphasis on oil pressure distribution in the bearing and oil pressure variation in the range of 0~720°crankshaft angle.Finally,it is found out that the reason to cause the damage of the bearing is a kind of cavitation.
