摘要
采用斜Y坡口对接裂纹试验对F/B复相钢板JB800进行了抗冷裂试验,对不同预测止裂温度的碳当量公式进行了对比。结果表明,钢材的碳含量低时,可以在较高的碳当量条件下,具有较低的冷裂纹敏感性。对F/B复相钢采用CET公式预测止裂温度较为准确。同时采用计算机测定了焊接热循环,根据t100预测不同板厚的焊接止裂温度。
The F/B duplex phases steel JB800 has determined by the Y-slit crack test,its weld thermal cycle has recorded by computer temperature collection system.The results show that the steel JB800 has low weld cold crack sensitivity,despite it has high carbon equivalent.The different methods which calculate the preheat temperature are compared,the CET method is most accurate.According to data T_(100) and CET,the crackproof temperature has forecasted.
