摘要
通过分析磁矫顽力与渗碳层深度之间的关系,应用所试制的电磁无损检测仪(DWY-1)测量渗碳层深度。实践证明,该仪器完全能满足生产实际对渗碳层深度的测量要求。
The relationship between the depth of carburized layer and magnetic coercive force was studied. Based on this relationship we measured the depth of carburized layer by electromagnetic nondestructive measurement instrument (DWY-1). The facts have proved that this instrument can meet the need of actual manufacture for the depth of carburized layer measurement.
