摘要
40Cr钢汽车转向节锻造余热淬火与传统的常规调质处理相比,在强度、硬度提高的同时,塑性和韧性也大大提高。高温形变后淬火不仅有利于提高强韧性,而且显著节约工时与能耗。
Comparing with traditional quenching and tempering technology,the forging-remnant-heat hardening technology route for 40 Cr furning junction lead to an increase in the strength and handness,as well as the plasticity and ductility.It was fornd that the high-temperature-deformation heat treament not only improved the strength and ductility,but also saved the working-hour and energy.
