摘要
通过对超低碳钢BRC3钎焊裂纹构件的成分及组织分析,发现合金元素及杂质在晶界的析出,是BRC3钢抗晶间腐蚀能力下降,从而造成其钎焊裂纹的主要原因之一。
The composition and microstructure of ultralow carbon steel BRC3 brazed crack was analyzed.The precipitated alloying elements and impurities was observed in the grain boundary, which reduced the ability of resistant the intercrystalline corrosion.It is one of the main reasons of producing crack of braze.
