本实验选用山楂,苹果,葡萄为基础原料,通过醋酸菌的发酵产生果酸。经配制后形成酸甜适 口,果香浓郁,色泽鲜亮,营养丰富的复合型果汁饮料。
This experiment chooses hawthorn, apple, grape as raw material, using the acetic acid germ ferment to produce the fruit acid. The palatable composite drink with good flavor and rich nutrition was prepared.
