摘要
对使用计算机进行控制和管理的超声波连续自动探伤系统的硬件组成、软件设计思想以及在焊管生产中的应用状况进行了分析和介绍。采用智能化探伤技术,实现了高精度、快速焊缝自动跟踪的检测。实践表明:该系统具有自动化程度高、抗干扰能力强、探伤准确率高、系统稳定可靠及适用面宽等特点。
This paper analyzes ultrasonic continual automatic inspection system hardware compose design and software design thinking by computer manage and application on welded pipe production. The technology of intelligent flaw detection is adopted in the system, realizes the inspections of high accurate welded seam automatic tracking. It is noted for high automation grade, good anti-jamming ability, high inspection nicety ratio, credibility stabilization, applicability wide.
