摘要
基因芯片技术对肿瘤基因组学的研究提供了一种高效的手段 .采用基因芯片技术观察了 14例初发急性髓系白血病患者 12 80 0条基因的表达谱 ,找到了一些和白血病发生有密切关系的基因 .用表达谱的聚类方法分析难治性白血病的基因表达特征 ,发现一些与耐药相关的基因在难治性白血病人和易治性白血病人中表达有明显不同 ,证明难治性白血病与耐药有一定关系 .
Microarray offers a high efficient approach to study tumor genome. Many genes that may participate in leukemia tumorigenesis were found by this method, based on 14 AL(Acute Leukemia) patients' expression profiles of 12 800 genes. At the same time, hierarchical clustering was used to analyse the characteristics of refractory AL, and found some drug resistance related genes expressing quite differently between the refractory patients and the cured ones. It is proved that drug resistance might have certain relationships with the refractory leukemia.
