摘要
金刚石磨盘已广泛用于宝石加工业 ,而传统方法所制金刚石磨盘其金刚石易脱落、磨削速度低且不稳定。采用低温电镀法制造金刚石磨盘 :用电镀法将 180目金刚石镶在磨盘钢体上。以NiSO4为电解质溶液、以GCA10 0 / 3 6可控硅整流柜为稳压电源。并对金刚石磨盘电镀的两个步骤 :电镀前金刚石和磨盘钢体的预处理、金刚石磨盘的电镀作了研究 ;给出了电镀工艺流程、电镀工艺参数 ;分析了影响镀层质量的因素 ;通过两种金刚石磨盘的磨削对比试验。表明该法具有制造工艺简便、包刃牢固、对金刚石热损伤小、磨削速度稳定等优点。
Conventional diamond millstone for gem processing has shortcomings of diamond grains easily pulled off, unstable running and low grinding speed. This paper introduced a low temperature electroplating technique for making diamond millstone. The plating process was presented in detail. Factors that influence the plating layer quality were analysed. It was showed that the low temperature plated mill stone has proper protrusion of diamond grains and better grinding performances.
