添加剂抑制钛酸铝分解作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 以工业氧化铝和钛白粉为基本原料、试剂MgO、SiO2为添加剂,对钛酸铝的合成及添加剂抑制钛酸铝分解的作用进行了研究.结果表明添加剂有助于钛酸铝的合成与烧结.但是,MgO并没有对钛酸铝起到稳定作用;而对于SiO2来说,只有当其含量超过一定数量时,才能对钛酸铝起到稳定作用. Taking commercial alumina and titanium oxide as basic raw materials and reagent MgO, SiO(2 ) as additives, the synthesis of aluminum titanate and the effect of additives on the stability of aluminum titanate have been studied. The results show that the additives promote the synthesis and sintering of aluminum titanate; that MgO can not stabilize aluminum titanate; and that SiO(2 ) can stabilize aluminum titanate only when its content exceeds a certain level.
