802例急性脑血管病患者的头痛肢痛调查及原因分析

Investigation and Causal Analysis of Cerebralgia and Limbs Pain in 802 Patients With Acute Cerebral Vascular Lesions

本文对802例有头痛及偏瘫侧肢体痛的急性脑血管病患者进行了临床调查;有瘫侧肩周痛、瘫肢上肢痛、瘫侧上下肢痛、瘫侧头痛,瘫对侧头痛,全头痛及头痛伴瘫侧肢体痛共七种表现。对其发生原因进行了探讨,指出对不同原因进行观察和相应处理,有助于急性脑血管病患者的康复。

In this paper, 802 patients with acute cerebral vascular lesions who had cerebralgia and limbs pain of hemiplegia side were clinically examined. The causes of seven kinds of clinical symptoms that were perishoulder pain of hemiplegia side, upper limb pain of hemiplegia side, upper and lower limbs pain of hemiplegia side, cerebralgia of hemiplegia side, cerebralgia of non-hemiplegia side, pancerebralgia and cerebralgia with limbs pain of hemiplegia side were evaluated. The results showed: variant inspection and treatment for each causes was useful to rehabilitate the patients with acute cerebral vascular lesions.
