音乐电对291例脑中风后遗症康复疗效观察

Observation of Electro-music on the Rehabilitation of Sequela of Stroke in 291 Cases

脑中风后遗症患者常有多种功能障碍。我们设计研制了输出功率大、电流输出强,且连续可调,设有弱、中、强三档电流强度控制,可调范围宽的YL型中风康复音乐电疗机,对诊断明确的脑中风后遗症患者分别应用音乐电(291例)和直流电(106例)进行了对照治疗。结果:音乐电与直流电的治愈显效率分别为61.8%和18.9%,有效率分别为95.1%和68.0%,P<0.01。另外,音乐电对吞咽困难和情感改善有直流电不可比拟的效果。

Most patients with sequela of stroke would suffer from compound disfunctions In order to improve the therapeutic effect cn sequela of stroke we designed. a new pattern of musical electrotherapy machine, mode-YL, which is charactrized by a large current output and a large continuous adjustment range. For observing the therapeutic effect difference between the two therapies, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group, consisting of 291 and 106 proved cases respectively. Musical electrotherapy and DC therapy were given the two groups respectively. The results showed that the remarkable effective rate for the two therapies was 61.8% and 18.9%; effective rate was 95.1% and 68% respectively, P<0.01. In addition, the effect of musical electrotherapy on swallow difficulty and emotional abnormality was much better than DC therapy.
