摘要
纸厂在造纸时直接将一种安全的水溶性阳离子活性树脂PDE-1用水冲稀后加入浆内,可使阴离子皂化或分散松香胶现场转化为阳离子松香胶,达到减少胶料和硫酸铝用量实现近中性施胶、提高纸品质量的目的。与市售阳离子松香胶相比,可大大降低成本,使用范围宽而且十分方便。关键词:阳离子松香胶;现场转化;近中性施胶;
A safety soluble cationic active resin——PDE-1 can be added directly into the pulp after diluting during papermaking, and the anionic saponified rosin or dispersion rosin size can be converted into cationic rosin size, it will reduce the usage amounts of size and alum and realize a near neutral papermaking environment and improve the quality of the product This process has advantages of lower costs, wider use range, and convenient handle compared with the commercial cationic rosin size
