结扎小白鼠一侧颈总动脉后机体一般状况、脑组织水及钙含量的变化

The Changes in General Signs, Contents of Cerebral Water and Calcium after the Ligation of Unilateral CCA

采用昆明种小白鼠,结扎右侧颈总动脉后,出现双侧脑半球水及钙含量增加,并表现出四肢无力、活动减少、竖毛、团缩、嗜睡、体重下降等症状。提示结扎一侧颈总动脉可以造成全脑缺血。

In this study, right CCA was ligated in Kunming mice. It was found that contents of bilateral cerebral hemisphere water and calcium increased. The changes in signs, such as malaise, pancity of movement, hairstanding, shink, sleeping-like and losing body weight, were also observed. From the above, it is suggested that ligation of unilateral CCA of mice can cause global cerebral ischemic model.
