电脑控制固定脚踏车在截瘫患者康复中的应用

摘要 在3例截瘫患者的康复锻炼中,应用电脑控制的固定脚踏车,目的是帮助其提高肌耐力,改善心血管系统功能。锻炼每周进行3次,每次踏车10min,锻炼过程中,电脑控制多通道电刺激器在不同象限内顺序刺激双下肢的骼肌、股四头肌、小腿三头肌来完成踏车运动。在锻炼中记录自行踏车时间,并观察血压、脉搏的动态变化。结果表明,经过4周锻炼,患者在肌容积、肌耐力及心血管系统功能方面都有了较大程度提高。 A computer controlled functional electric stimulation system was applied on paraplegic bike training. In training the computer system provided sequential stimulation to three key muscles groups(iliacus, quadriceps, shank triceps), In 3 cases with different level of spinal cord injury, the clinical application and curative effects were observed with this system. The results showed that patientst muscle volume, muscle endurance and cardiovascular function had increased notably after a 4 weeks of training, and without any side-effects.
