JK-Ⅰ型心电信号电话传输系统的研究

Study of ECG signals transmission system by telephone for home-wards

应用JK-Ⅰ型心电信号电话传输系统进行了系统内直接传输及各类电话长短途传输对照实验,对37人次359帧心电图进行对照分析,并对5887个基本波形逐个分析比较,结果表明该系统对心电信号的传输质量稳定可靠,准确清晰。对12例心脏病或伴心律失常患者进行模拟心脏康复家庭病房的家庭—医院心电信号电话传输,初步结果显示对重危层心血管康复患者的实时应急诊断,对病情不稳定的中危层患者监测及对低危层患者的定期复查提供了迅速简便而有效的远距离监护手段,为建立心脏康复家庭病房创造了决定性条件。

Electrocardio-signals transmission system by long and short distance telephone for and that those were measured using electrocardiograph directly were compared. The results of comparative analysis of 359 pieces of ECGs in 37 person-times and 5887 basic waves showed that transmission quality of electrocardio-signals are stable, dependable, accurate and distinct. A preliminary test in 12 cases suffered from heart disease with or without irrhythmus transmitted through telephone, the results showed that by this system for cardio-rehabilitation patients in high risk, doctors could make ECGs diagnosis immediately. For the patients with unstable conditions of moderate risk and for patients in low risk a progressed regular physical cheekups an effective, simple and convenient measure of ECG diagnosis was achieved.
