摘要
用康复治疗干预冠心病易患因素,经3年的临床实践,结论证实所采用的康复治疗措施对降低血压、血脂及血糖、减肥等疗效显著,积极干预冠心病易患因素和综合治疗对冠心病、急性心肌梗塞患者的心理康复、职业康复及心功能改善均有明显疗效。
The interfering effect of rehabilitative therapy on the risk factors of coronary heart disease/Xu Hua-xi, et al//Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine, 1992, 7(4): 159～126 The interfering measures on risk factors of coronary heart disease with rehabilitative therapy in our sanatorium was reported. The author summarized a three-year preliminary clinical curative effects. It confirmed the remarkable curative effects of antiobesity and reducing blood pressure, serum lipid and blood sugar. After the active intervention on risk factors of coronary heart disease and synthetic treatment, we found that the coronary heart disease or acute myocardial infarction patients had obvious curative effects in psychological rehabilitation and occupational rehabilitation and in improving cardiac function.
