Through analysis of the background of generation and development of CUBA, the present thesis holds that the key factors influencing the construction of CUBA model are as follows: system, economic basis, technical level, conception, consciousness, etc. In order to promote the development of CUBA, it is necessary to absorb the sponsors from enterprises, propagate the value of university students' basketball, reform the competitive system, enhance the technical level of university students' basketball teams, develop the industry of university students' basketball, realize the commercialization of competitions, and make the system and internal operative mechanism consummate.
