摘要
针对目前对旋流器流场的计算多采用二维轴对称数值计算 ,而真实流场并非纯属轴对称的情况 ,在圆柱坐标系下 ,用修正的模型 ,采用同位网格的 SIMPLE算法对带有切向入流及水平入流的圆管流场进行三维数值模拟计算。在计算过程中 ,分四种情况进行比较 ,其一是采用轴对称切向入流 ,另外是采用三种不同状况的非轴对称切向入流 ,将四者所得的结果进行比较分析 ,发现当出现非轴对称切向入流的情况时会带来与轴对称切向入流时不同的偏差 ,这些偏差在近入口处不可忽略 。
In light of the fact that,at present,two dimentional axisymmetric numerical calculation method is often used for the flow field of hydrocyclone whose real flow field is not pure axisymmetric one,three dimensional simulation is applied to calculate the flow field in circular tube with both tangential injection and horizental in flow by a modified model using SIMPLE algorithm on a cylindrical coordinate.In the calculation process,the results of four conditions are analysed comparatively,with one being axisymmetric tangential injection and the others being three different nonaxisymmetric tangential injection.It is found that when nonaxisymmetric conditions occur,there will be deflections from that in axismmetric condition,which cann't be neglected when occurring near the entrance and can be erased in area far from the entrance.
