On the Cultivation of Teacher in Higher Vocational Education

高职教育与传统教育相比有着很大的不同,其基本特征、培养目标和质量观不仅要求构建与之相匹配的办学模式,而且要求广大教师从观念、能力、方法、手段等诸方面进行根本的转换。

Higher Vocational Education is much more different from Traditional Education; moreover, its basic character, ultimate objective and conception not only requires a mode of management on the school which is suited to it, but should also request teachers to make an epoch in conception, capability, method and so on.
