茯苓素对小鼠免疫系统功能的影响 被引量:32

摘要 高等真菌茯苓的提取物——茯苓素,体外对ConA、PHA和LPS诱导的淋巴细胞转化均有与剂量相关的抑制作用。口服给药,对抗羊红细胞抗体的产生表现双向作用。对接触性皮肤过敏反应和移植排斥反应亦有一定的抑制作用。体内外给药对大鼠IL2的产生均表现为剂量相关的抑制作用。 Poriatin extracted from poria, a traditional Chinese medicine, is a group of terpene homologue with low molecular weight. It was found that Poriatin greatly suppressed the lymphocyte proliferation induced by PHA, LPS and Con A at concentrations of 5~80μg/ml in vitro in a dose-dependent manner. In L615 mice the antibody production was decreased while at lower dosage it was augmented. But only inhibitory effect was observed in Balb/c mice. Further studies showed that Poriatin inhibited delayed type hypersensitivity and prolonged the survival of the split heart allografts in mouse ear. It was also demonstrated that poriatin dose-dependently suppressed IL-2 production both in vitro and in vivo.
