摘要
在青霉素发酵中,应用相差显微镜观察产黄青霉(P.chrysoaznum)在摇瓶种子和发酵培养时菌丝形态分化的不同发育阶段。它们分别完成了一个和三个生活循环,每个生活循环又都包括孢子或菌丝的萌发,菌丝的分枝,分节和孢子形成这样三个阶段。每个生活循环中不同分化阶段的菌丝结构不同,功能也不同。所以通过菌丝细胞在各发育阶段中的分化规律,去了解菌丝细胞生长和pH的变化,以及它们与青霉素生物合成能力的相关性,对青霉素生产具有一定的指导意义。
In shaking flasks, differentiation of mycelial cells has been observedduring different developmental stages of P.chrysogenium with contrast phase microscopy. There were several repeating life cycles respectively in seed and fermantation cultures. Every life cycle contained spore germination or mycelial ramification and segmentation,and formation of spore. It was found that growth of mycelial cells,changing of culture pH and penicillin biosynthesis are of correlation in accordance with rules of mycelia differentiation.
