“三个代表”重要思想是科学的理论体系 ,其内容有五部分 :解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进的精髓 ;中国特色社会主义的主题 ;全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标 ;实现社会主义现代化的保障条件 ;以改革的精神建设党。“三个代表”重要思想的理论特点是 :忠实地继承发展邓小平理论 ;具有很强的理论创新性 ;体现了党的建设与社会主义现代化建设的统一。

The important thought of the “Three Represents” is a scientific system of theory, which consists of five parts: emancipating our minds, seeking truth from facts and keeping pace with the times; socialism with Chinese characteristics; building a well-off society in an all-round way; guarantee of accomplishing socialist modernization; building the Party by the spirit of reform. The theoretical characteristics of the important thought of the “Three Represents” are the continuation and development of Deng Xiao-ping Theory; the great theoretical innovations; the unity of building the Party and socialist modernization.
