论邓小平推动制度建设的具体方法

On the Concrete Methods of Promoting the Development of System by Deng Xiao-ping

邓小平是我国制度建设进程中的关键人物。改革开放以后 ,他在实践中采用了一套独特的、行之有效的科学方法来推动我国的制度建设 ,本文拟从四个方面概括这一方法体系。即 :“破”与“立”相统一的方法 ;批判、继承与借鉴相统一的方法 ;积极主动、分层有序与持续进行相统一的方法 ;重点突破与系统建设相统一的方法。

Deng Xiao-ping is the key character in the course of the development of system in China. After reform and opening up, Deng Xiao-ping promoted the modernization of system in China by taking a series of distinctive, effective and scientific methods in practice. This paper tries to summarize the methods from four combinations, namely: the first combination of “breaking” and “establishing”; the second combination of criticism, inheritance and drawing lessons; the third combination of initiative, doing in time order and continuity and the forth combination of making key points stand out and systematic construction.
