文化深深地蕴涵在小康社会的总体内容当中 ,文化建设既是全面建设小康社会不可缺少的重要组成部分 ,同时也对全面建设小康社会目标的实现有着举足轻重的作用 ,它是实现社会可持续发展和人的全面发展的内在需要。在文化建设的过程中 ,我们必须树立正确的文化发展意识 ,坚持综合创新的文化原则 ,处理好与传统文化、西方文化的关系 ,同时要避免重经济轻文化、重宣传轻建设、重短期轻长远、重设施轻素质、重事业轻产业等错误做法。

Cultural development is an essential integral part in building a well-off society in an all-round way and plays an important part in attaining the objectives of building a well-off society in an all-round way, which is the internal requirement of realizing social sustainable development and the overall development of human being.
