摘要
所收集的64株金葡菌中耐甲氧西林菌株(MRSA)已达50%,去甲基万古霉素和环丙沙星对MRSA和MSSA有较好抗菌活性;头孢唑林对MSSA呈高活性,而对MRSA敏感性明显低于MSSA;培氟沙星和诺氟沙星体外抗金葡菌活性较环丙沙星差;青霉素,红霉素对MRSA几乎无效。 观察了35例用培氟沙星和诺氟沙星治疗的金葡菌所致皮肤软组织感染(11例)和泌尿系感染(24例)的临床疗效。前者痊愈9/11例,有效100%,泌尿系感染MRSA12例痊愈1例、有效8例,MSSA组12例痊愈7例,有效100%。
The antibacteral activity of eight antibiotics on 64 Staphylococcus aureus isolates obstained recently from four hospitals was de-terminded. 32 of 64 Staphylococcus aureus isolates (50%) was Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). Both Demethyl-vancomycin and Ciprofloxacin possessed good activity for Methicillin-susceptible Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA) and MRSA. Pefloxacin and Norfloxacin were less effective than Ciprofloxacin. Cefazolin had high activity for MSSA, but MRSA was apparently less susceptible than MSSA. Penicillin and Eryth-romycin had no activity to MRSA. 16 of 32 MSSA were inhibited by Erythromycin at 4 mg/L concentration. 17 of 32 MRSA were multi-resistant isolates, which were resistant on two or more antibiotics 4 of 32 MSSA were Multi-resistant isolates(X2= 12, P<0.005).We have treated 24 cases of urinary infection caused by MSSA (12) and MRS A (12) with Pefloxacin 0.4,ql2h, Norfloxacin 0.2, tid for 7~14 days. In MSSA group, 7 cases were cured, 5 cases had apparent afficacy. In MRSA group, only 1 case cured, 7 cases had apparent afficacy. The difference of cure rate between two groups had statistical sense(P= 0.001). We had treated 11 cases of skin and soft issues infection caused by MRSA (4) and MSSA (7) with Pefloxacin 0.4, q12h for 7~10 days, 9 cases were cured and 2 cases had apparent afficacy.
