信用评级机构作为企业债权市场重要组成部分,发挥着不可替代的作用。但其在我国面临着地位没有受到充分重视、自身行为不规范、权威性不够等诸多问题。这些问题可通过降低发债门槛,实施利率市场化,建立风险赔偿机制等办法来解决。

The grading credit organizatons as a n important componen t part of business bond market is taking an effect that cannot be substituted fo r.But in our country it faces a lot of problems,for in-stance,it isn’t atta ched much importance to,its ow n action isn’t normal and it isn’t very author ita-tive.These problems can be solved by lowering the interest of loan,carry ing out interest rate on the market and establishing risk indemn ity mechanism.
