摘要
本文介绍了快速、灵敏的高效液相色谱方法测定家禽中的氯霉素。本方法操作简单,家禽组织中氯霉素先用乙酸乙酯抽提。然后用0.5mol/L高氯酸溶液净化提取溶液,用紫外350nm波长的高效液相色谱仪测定氯霉素。 本法对家禽中抗生素测定极限为7.3ppb,方法平均回收率为92.5%,相对变异系数为5.94%。已用于测定出口鸡、鸭组织中氯霉素,结果令人满意。
A rapid and sensitive high performance liquid chromatog raphic method for the determination of chloramphenicol (CP) in poultry has been developed. The procedure of this method is simplified that CP in the tissue of poultry is first extracted by ethyl acetate, then with 0.5 mol/L HCLO4 to clean up the extracted solution. CP is detected at UV 350nm by HPLC.The antibiotic can be quantitatively determined to as low as 7.3 ppb. The mean recovery was 92.5%. The reproducibility coefficient of variation was 5.94%.This method has been applied to determine CP, in the tissue of chicken and duck for export in our laboratory with the satisfactory results.
