摘要
本文通过对生产数据的统计分析,考察了球状青霉青霉素发酵过程中发酵周期对单批及全年成本、产值和利润的影响,得出了现工艺的年产值和利润最大的发酵周期为134小时,延长或缩短发酵周期,两者都将下降。同时提出,盲目追求高的发酵指数和效价是不可取的。此结果可以为工厂安排生产计划提供有价值的依据。
In the penicillin fermentation with pellet strain the influence of fermentation period on the output value,cost and profit both per batch and per annum was analysed with statistical economics. The maximum annual profit of the workshop will be reached at 134 hrs of period. Both annual output value and profit will fall whenever fermentation period is shorter or longer than that, even when productivity or fermentation titre is higher respectively. The results shows that it is inadvisable to use the productivity and/or fermentation titre as production indicator.
