摘要
综述了农杆菌介导法的转化机理及影响农杆菌转化效果的诸多因素 ,如 :植物基因型、转化受体、预培养、菌液浓度和侵染时间等 。
This review describes the development of tomato genetic transformation techniques via Agrobacterium tumefaciens.The principle of the Agrobacterium tumefaciens and the factors that affect the efficency of transformation are also discussed,such as genotypes of varieties,recipient system,pre-culture,the bacterial cell density and the time of the infection incubation.At present a great variety of tomato with characters have been acquired.
