摘要
针对梅山炼钢厂冶炼中磷铁水的生产实践,本文利用统计回归的方法对现场的生产数据进行了回归分析,得出了冶炼终点钢水磷含量、碳含量以及终点钢水温度的预测模型,通过回归分析找出影响冶炼终点钢水成分及温度的主要因素,并提出了改进措施.
Based on the smelting practice of medium-phosphorus hot metal with BOF at Meishan, the prediction models of the phosphorus content, carbon content and temperature of steel at smelting end-point are developed and the smelting process is analyzed by statistical regression analysis. The influence factors on steel composition and temperature at end-point of smelting are determined by the above analyses. And measures to improve the end-point of smelting operation are suggested.
