摘要
借助XJG 05金相显微镜、SEM 550型扫描电子显微镜和71型显微硬度计分别对镀层厚度、形貌、硬度以及成分进行分析.结果表明:镀层厚度随浸镀时间增加而增厚,且遵从抛物线规律.热浸镀铝钢在850℃扩散后扩散层为一层,由Fe2Al5组成;950℃扩散处理后扩散层为两层,外层为FeAl2,内层为FeAl和Fe3Al.可以通过测量硬度来确定扩散层的铝含量.
In this paper, the thickness,morphorlogy, hardness and composition of hot dip aluminum coatings have been analyzed by means of SEM, optical microscope and microhardness tester. The results show that the specimens diffused at 850 ℃ have one layer that it is Fe_2Al_5,but diffusion coating produced at 950℃ have two layers,the outer layer being FeAl_2 and the inner one being FeAl and Fe_3Al. The results show that the thickness of coating increases as the dipping time increasing, and obeys parabolic law for dip temperature at 710℃. The relations between Vickers hardness and amount of aluminum have been obtained, which provides a method of determination aluminum content by simply testing Vickers hardness.
