The Effect of Heat Treat on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Intermetallics in Mo-Si System

摘要 以纯金属钼与纯硅为原料,通过电弧熔炼法制备了钼-硅系金属间化合物:Mo5Si3-Mo-Si2亚共晶和过共晶。在1 200℃分别对两种合金进行了真空退火。观察层状结构在合金中的形成、变化及重构。退火48h后在亚共晶合金中发现了发展完好的Mo5Si3(D8m)/MoSi2(C11b)层状结构,层间距为几百纳米。测量了各合金退火前后的维氏硬度,研究了显微组织变化对维氏硬度的影响。 The intermetallics of Mo_5Si_3-MoSi_2 hypoeutectic alloy and hypereutectic alloy in Mo-Si system were prepared by arc-melting high purity elements(99.9%Mo and 99.99%Si) in argon.The arc-melting buttons were then annealed at 1 200℃.The formation,alternation and reconstruction of lamellar structure were observed in alloys.After annealing for 48h,the well-developed lamellar structure consisted of Mo_5Si_3(D8m)/MoSi_2(C11b) with fine spacing of hundred nanometer order was found in Mo_5Si_3-MoSi_2 hypoeutectic alloy.The Vickers hardness of all alloys was determined.The relationship between microstructure and Vickers hardness was investigated.
