摘要
多点焊接过程中 ,合理的焊接顺序能有效地降低焊接变形 ,从而提高焊接质量。基于有限元分析 ,建立了焊接温度场及焊接变形量模型 ,利用遗传算法求解使焊件变形最小的焊接路径。并举实例对焊接路径进行规划求解 。
The optimal welding path should be able to minimize the general distortion and consequently improve product's quality.In this paper,A thermo-mechanical model is developed to estimate welding distortion,and the genetic algorithm(GA)is applied to optimize the welding path.Finally,a welding path optimization process based on the suggested strategy is demonstrated.
