摘要
以某车架为研究对象,采用参数化有限元分析方法,进行了弯曲和弯扭工况下的应力、应变研究。通过电测量技术得到实验数据,将其与计算模型进行对比验证,以保证有限元模型的合理性,进而对车架进行了全参数化模型的结构设计优化。以整车轻量化为目标,得到了满足结构强度的最优方案。
The light-weight for bus body is the key technique. In the paper body structure FEM model is builtand verified by the electronic test. From the simulation and test results we acquire the structure rigidness andstrength characteristics of the body in the bend case and twist case while full loaded. Based on the verified model, theframe is remodeled fully parametrically and structure design optimization is developed to research the body light-weight approach.
