摘要
利用有限元方法对气门弹簧的动态特性进行了研究,利用MSC.Nastran的MSC.Patran建立了气门弹簧的有限元模型;为了考查气门弹簧在运动过程中由于簧圈接触而带来的非线性因素的影响,引入了三维间隙(GAP)单元,计算了气门弹簧的刚度值和模态特性。通过比较分析可知,考虑接触非线性因素后的GAP单元模型能很好地模拟实际状态下的气门弹簧特性,为气门弹簧的动态设计奠定了基础。
A finite element model for engine valve spring is developed in this paper. Due to the establishmentof precise operating conditions,GAP elements are applied to the simulation of the contact nonlinear problem of thevalve spring. The computational stiffness is compared with the traditional equivalent value. The results illustrate thatthe finite element model has high analytical accuracy for dynamic analysis. For the more,some modal character-istics of the valve spring are analyzed.
