摘要
在理论上 ,通过对BDN能级结构的分析并结合速率方程组 ,指出基态驰豫时间为ns量级的BDN染料片实现被动锁模的可能性 .实验上 ,在凸 ARR (抗共振环 )非稳腔结构的脉冲式Nd∶YAG激光器中 ,用BDN作为可饱和吸收体实现被动锁模运转 ,得到平均能量为 2 2 .1mJ,能量起伏为 1.6 %稳定的锁模单脉冲序列 .
By analysing energy level structure of BDN dye in combination with rate equations, the authors point out the possibility of realizing passive mode-locking by using BDN dye film with relaxation time of ground state in nanosecond magnitude. In pulsed Nd∶YAG laser of convex anti-resonant ring (ARR) unstable resonator structure, passive mode-locked operation was realized by using BDN as saturable absorber. The stable mode-locked single pulse train with average energy of 22.1 mJ and energy fluctuation of 1.6% were obtained.
