摘要
以水泥为例,针对粉状物料动态计量过程中单次计量精度误差不易达到国家标准的问题,设计了一种WGY300型粉状物料动态电子计量装置。该装置是在已有的动态计量装置上增设了控制粉状物料残余量的设备,用以清除粘附在装料容器上的残余粉料,从而达到精确计量的目的。
Considering that a single measurement of powder material is hard to meet the national standards,a type of WGY300 dynamic electronic weighing instrument is developed.By adding to the available dynamic weighing instrument with a device which clears off the remains sticking to the container,precise measurement of powder material is realized.
