摘要
基于四磺基铁酞菁(iron-tetrasulfonatophthalocyanine,FeTSPC)催化反应的性质和β-环糊精(β-CD)的超分子特性,研究了以FeTSPC和β-CD的包合物作为一种新的模拟过氧化物酶对邻苯二胺(OPDA)和H2O2的反应体系的催化作用并用于过氧化氢的定量分析中.研究表明:FeTSPC和β-CD包合的最适宜条件为1:1,实验中最佳酸度条件为pH=5.8,最佳反应时间和温度分别为30min和40℃.在此反应条件下,H2O2在2.0×10^-5~1.2×10^-4mol/L。范围内呈良好的线性关系,用此方法对样品中的H2O2的含量进行检测,结果满意.
Based on the catalytic effection of iron-tetrasulfonatophthacyanine ( FeTSPC ) and the supermolecular feature of €%[-cyclodextrin ( €%[-CD ]. A new mimetic peroxidase has been used to the determination of hydrogen peroxide.Make FeTSPC and €%. A new mimetic peroxidase has been used to the determination of hydrogen peroxide.Make FeTSPC and €%[-CD as a new mimetic enzyme of peroxidase to catalyse the O-phey lenediamine(OPDA)and H2O2 system,and use this system on quantitaive analysis of hydrogen peroxide.The optimum concentrations of FeTSPC and €%[-CD were studied. The value of pH = 5.8 was found to be the optimum value for the experiment. The best reaction time and temperature was 30min and 40℃. Under the optimum conditions, the calibration graph has a linear feature in the range of 2.0€?0~1.2€?0mol/L. Satisfactory results were obtained in the detection of hydrogen peroxide in real samples by this method.
