Discussion on Countermeasure for Eliminating International Factors Which Influence Stability of Xinjiang

国际因素对新疆稳定产生重要而消极的影响,必须采取对策加以消除。要构建中美、中俄建设性战略协作伙伴关系,加强与中亚各国的友好合作,发挥联合国和安理会的作用,加强反恐斗争的国际合作,采取多种手段打击国际恐怖主义,消弥国际恐怖主义产生的根源,加快新疆各民族共同发展、繁荣。

The international factors play a very important but negative role in stability of Xinjiang, and countermeasure should be taken to eliminate them. We should build constructive Sino-U.S. and Sino-Russia strategic cooperative partnership, enhance good cooperation with middle Asian countries,bring the UN and Security Council into their full play,strengthen international cooperation of antiterrorism,take various means to attack international terrorism, eliminate the sources of international terrorism,hasten all nations' mutual development and prosperity in Xinjiang.
