在追述西方马克思主义新意识形态理论基本思想的基础上,从马克思历史唯物主义的基本观点出发,深入分析意识形态的内涵和功能,批判了新意识形态理论把资产阶级意识形态的虚假特性当作一切意识形态的共性,进而批判了从科学技术日益发挥意识形态功能出发把科学技术当作一种新意识形态的错误思想,并对当代科学技术与意识形态关系进行相应反思。

This article is on the basis of western Marxism new ideology theory, from basic concept of Marx's historical materialism, analyses the meaning and function of ideology, criticizes new ideology which regards false character of ideology of capitalist class as all ideology of theory ,and views science and technology as a new ideology by they setting out some ideological functions .Then reviews science and technology and ideology relation.
