《抱扑子》一书是研究葛洪思想的主要资料。书中关于文艺思想的论述主要有四个方面:文德并重思想(关于文学的地位问题);文以刺教(关于文学的作用问题);今胜于古(关于今文、古文孰优孰劣的问题);对美学的一些初步思考。

This article will briefly discourse upon Ge Hong's artistic aesthetic thinking embodied inBaopuzi. It focuses on four aspects: the thinking of equal importance of literature and moral (about the status of the literature), the thinking of literature for education and reflection of the society (about the function of literature), the contemporary literature superior to the antecedent one (about the comparison of the contemporary and antecedent literature), the preliminary thought over aesthetics.
