摘要
采用CIRAS 1光合系统测定了各项光合指标,研究了低温对烟苗叶片光合作用的后续影响。结果表明:(1)经3℃低温处理72h,其后续影响表现为叶片核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸最大再生能力、羧化效率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度显著下降,表观量子效率略有下降,净光合速率(Pn)表现为可逆性下降;(2)经8℃处理72h后,其后续作用对叶片Pn的影响不大。
The subsequent effect of low temperature on photosynthesis in pot cultured tobacco seedlings were studied with a CIRAS-1 photosynthetic system, and related photosynthesis indexes were tested. The results were as follows: 1) after 72h treatment at 3℃, the maximum rate of RuBP regeneration, carboxylation efficiency, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO_2 concentration decreased significantly, apparent quantum yield declined slightly, and the reversible decline of net photosynthetic rate was observed; 2) after 72h treatment at 8℃, no remarkable change was observed in the net photosynthetic rate.
