摘要
介绍了同步辐射双晶单色器第1晶体热负载的情况,分析了热变形的原因,尝试了用光学追迹的SHADOW软件计算同步光在晶面上的能量分布,并用有限元方法模拟分析了底冷式和曲顶槽式两种水冷结构。结果表明,两种水冷却结构均能有效降低晶体表面的温升,减小变形量,其投角的变化小于投角调节精度(1μrad),其中曲顶槽型结构效果更佳,可用于晶体表面热功率密度约为1.0W/mm2的场合。
The thermal load on the first crystal of a synchrotron radiation double-crystal monochromator is discussed, the cause for the thermal distortion is analyzed, and attempts were made to calculate the energy distribution over the first crystal using SHADOW software. Simulation analyses were made using finite element method to analyze two types of water cooling structures. Simulation results indicate that the structure of plot style with curved surface can be used to achieve better results, and it can be applied to a power density of about 1.0 W/mm2.
