介绍了我国现代远程教育网络的发展及其特点。分析了黑龙江省电力有限公司的培训教育状况,阐述了创建黑龙江电力远程培训教育系统的科学依据、主导思想、建设方案及预期达到的效果。
The development and special features of modern remote education network in China are briefed.The training and education status of Heilongjiang Power Corporation is analysed.The scientific basis,guidelines,construction schemes and expected results for creation of Heilongjiang Electric Power Remote Training & Education System are discussed in detail.
