摘要
通过现场测试,分析了调峰机组在不同运行工况下,机组特性对负荷变化的影响,控制方式对机组调峰性能的影响与协调控制系统的适应性。试验表明,锅炉延迟响应主要发生在制粉过程,受运行要求限制,该延迟时间难以克服。指出应从完善协调控制系统和热工保护功能入手,对机组控制策略进行优化改进,以提高机组的调峰能力。
The effect of power generators characteristics on the variation of loads,the effect of control mode on the power generator's peak shaping performance,and the adaptivity of the coordinated control system were analysed through on-site testing with the peak shaping power generators operating under different conditions.Tests showed that the boiler delay response mainly occurred in the powder making process,and was restricted by operating requirements,and this delay time was difficult to overcome.It is pointed out that the control strategy of the power generators should be optimized by perfecting the coordinated control system and thermal protection functions to improve the peak shaping capability of power generators.
