露地栽培和网室栽培模式下木瓜的光合响应曲线参数比较 被引量:1

Comparative Analyses of Photosynthetic Parameters in Response Curves of Carica papaya Linn. Grown Under Uncovered Field and Network Conditions

摘要 为比较传统的露地栽培和网室栽培对木瓜CaricapapayaLinn 的光合作用的影响,测定了两种栽培方式下木瓜的光合响应曲线,并建立模型求得响应曲线的参数。结果表明:①较之露地栽培,网室栽培的木瓜叶片具有更低的暗呼吸、光补偿点以及光饱和点和更高的表观量子效率、光能转化效率、最大羧化速率和电子传递速率;②gs-An(RH Ca)响应模型的拟合表明,两种木瓜的气孔在露地栽培下对光热环境因子更为敏感,气孔导度的敏感度gi更高;暗环境条件下的g0气孔导度也更低(P≤0 05)。网室栽培下利于木瓜避开光热胁迫,提高光合效率。 To compare photosynthetic ability of Carica papaya Linn. grown under traditional uncovered field and network conditions, the photosynthetic response curves were determined and related parameters were analyzed using some photosynthetic models.The results showed:① leaves of C.papaya under network conditions had lower dark respiration, light compensation point, light saturated point and higher apparent quantum yield, light conversion efficiency, maximum carboxylation rate and maximum electron transport rate, and ② Fitting of the response curves with the model of gs-An(RH/Ca) suggested that the stomata of the leaves was more sensitive to the light and thermal factors, with gi, the sensitivity of stomatal conductance, were higher under uncovered field than under network and g0, stomatal conductance in dark,were lower under uncovered field (P≤0.05). It suggested that network planting was helpful for mitigating the stress caused by high light and air temperature, and for improving the photosynthetic efficiency.
