二甲亚砜中脉冲电沉积铋的研究

摘要 研究了脉冲电沉积技术在二甲基亚砜中沉积得到Bi纳米线,纳米线的直径约为80~100nm,用紫外-可见光谱表征Bi纳米线的光学性质,为进一步研究二甲基亚砜中硅基体上电沉积Bi材料做了前期探索。 Bismuth nanowires are prepared by pulse technique in organic solvent. Their diameter is about 80~100 nm. Bismuth nanowires are characterized by UV_Vis optical absorption spectrum. Bismuth nanowires have semiconductor character.
