摘要
将GD 1高压共轨电控燃油喷射系统用于常规直喷式柴油机,采用不同喷油参数(喷油规律、喷油压力和喷油定时)对发动机的性能进行研究。试验结果表明,预喷射不仅可以改善冷起动性能和降低冷起动时白烟的排放,在高负荷时也可以降低烟度的排放;喷油压力的提高和喷油定时的提前改善了发动机的性能和排放。
Based on GD-1 high pressure common rail electronically controlled fuel injection system installed on a conventional direct injection (DI) diesel engine, this paper describes the study on the influence of different injection parameters (injection rate, injection pressure and injection timing) on the performance of a DI diesel engine. The study made it clear that the pilot injection could improve the cold start and reduce the smoke in all engine operating ranges. It became clear that higher injection and the advance of main injection timing were effective in improving the engine performance and reducing the exhaust.
