摘要 根据调车机车的运用特点,在对其理论及试验分析的基础上,指出由于以往的机车柴油机设计,通常注重标定工况下的性能指标,因此在调车机车全套沿用与干线机车一样的喷射系统的情况下,势必造成调车机车常用负荷工况下的油耗率指标较高。作者设计了一套新的柱塞偶件、针阀偶件,经油泵试验台和双缸柴油机的试验结果表明,绝大部分工况下的油耗率指标均有不同程度的下降,说明研制一套专用于调车机车的燃油喷射系统是必要的。 According to the shunting locomotives' characteristic, on the basis of analyzing its theory and experiments, the authoz points out that we always attach importance to the natural capacity in its rated power. So when shunting locomotives are using widely as main locomotive, it must cause the shunting locomotive to consume much fuel in its usual condition. The designer designed a new kind of plunger and barrel assembly and needle valve assembly. As a result of the experiments of the pump test and diesel engine, in most of the working conditions, the fuel consumption can be decreased a lot, it is pointed out that developing a professional fuelling injection system of the shunting locomotive is very important .
